This, just do it and assume it is fine until someone tells you otherwise. Too many people, including the casinos, take winning screenshots to assume it is against the rules unless it is clearly disclosed.
I've taken more pictures of the Loose Deuces VP at the Ditz than I can count, both with a cell and a camera. Once in full view of an attendant, and another in view of a floor person. No one ever said a word to me about it. I also recall a sign at the 4Q saying photos are ok as long as you don't bother anyone.
I'm sure few casinos would object to photos of a paytable. But if you're not comfrotable taking them, you can always write them down on paper.
